Do I need to sign up to use the free receipt generator?

No. You can generate unlimited receipts, invoices, and estimates without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you save templates, store business info, and access your document history.

Is my customer data stored on your servers?

We operate on a strict zero-retention policy for guest users. Your documents are generated locally and remain exclusively on your device. We do not store, track, or access your data. Can I use DoxMitra for tax-compliant invoices in my country?

Yes. We support regional tax rules for the USA (state and local sales tax), Canada (GST/HST/PST/QST), UK (VAT), EU (VAT with reverse charge), India (CGST/SGST/IGST with HSN codes), and Australia (GST with ABN). Always verify final documents with your local tax authority or accountant.

How do I add my business logo to receipts?

Click the "Upload Logo" area in the document builder. We accept PNG and JPG files up to 2MB. Logos appear on all PDF exports for both free and Pro users.
